This is where you measure how big the activities impact is on you. Keep in mind that the impact does not necessarily increase or decrease based on the amount of time you spend. For example, if a 5 minute phone call is very stressful then planning get-together might not take a long time but the impact may still be significant.
Low - may take a small amount of extra effort and cause some mild discomfort or nervousness
Medium - may take moderate energy and/or cause moderate discomfort or nervousness
High - may take a significant amount of energy and/or cause significant discomfort, nervousness or ill health.
